You can register at www.bercode.com or through the Bercode app, which can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play Store. The links to the stores are also available on the main page of the platform (you can also click from your mobile phone).

Registration steps:

  1. Enter your Name!
  2. Enter your e-mail address (be sure to enter a valid e-mail address that you can access at any time – check that your e-mail address is correct before completing the registration)!
  3. Enter your Password (A strong password must be at least 8 characters long and should contain lowercase, uppercase, numbers, and special characters.)!
  4. Reenter your Password!
  5. Enter your date of birth!
  6. Select your gender!
  7. Click the ‘I’m not a robot’ checkbox (if another verification window opens, please follow the instructions – reCAPCTHA is Google’s anti-spam and anti-malware program)!
  8. Before completing the registration, read and accept the Benefit Barcode, Inc. Terms of Use and Privacy Policy using the checkboxes!
  9. Press the Register button to complete the registration!
  10. If the registration is successful, you can Log in to the Bercode platform immediately. After successful registration, you will receive a feedback email to the email address you provided during registration. 

 

Login:

You can log in to the Bercode platform at www.bercode.com or through the Bercode application.

 

Login steps:

  1. Enter the e-mail address you provided during registration!
  2. Enter the password you provided during registration!
  3. Press the Log in button!
  4. If the email address and password are correct, you can log in to the Bercode platform.

 

What to do if you forget your password?

  1. Click Forgot Password!
  2. On the password renewal page that appears, enter the email address you provided during registration!
  3. Accept again the Benefit Barcode, Inc. Terms of Use and Privacy Policy using the checkboxes!
  4. Press the Submit button!
  5. Enter your new password using the „Enter new password” link in the email from noreply@bercode.com (also check your spam folder) and log in to the Bercode platform page!
